I get them. Both my parents do too. What helps is cutting out dairy in our diet if you’re getting Ophthalmic migraines fairly regularly. Cheese, milk, etc, in general sets migraines off. Get syndol (super duper pain killers) if they’re really bad. x

Little overstatement but FUCK MY LIFE. Started getting them since I moved…first one as you’ll remember, terrified me as I went blind for about 2 hours? I started having one earlier mixed with a “normal” migrane and it hasn’t subsided since. Now in my peripheral vision, shit is fucking moving.
