It really was! She was a lovely woman, and as soon as she noticed him, she just shot off. She stood soaking while she covered him. It gave me a wee bit of hope in humanity! Aww that’s lovely! Stuff like that really does help

Letter says I can’t start uni again until I pay this fine! Absolutely raging! The library can’t find any outstanding balance, the credit control people can’t find any...
